Active Christian Teens (ACT) is our ministry to teens and includes youth in grades 7-12 and is similar to the larger LYF (Lutheran Youth Fellowship) division of the LCMS. Opportunities for fellowship, service, worship and study are available at various times of the year.
Keep an eye on the church calendar for when these opportunities may pop up!

LCMS Youth Gathering
St. Paul's youth have the opportunity to attend the LCMS Youth Gathering, held every 3 years. During the five days of the Gathering, youth spend time together in God’s word, worship, service, and fellowship with others from across the synod.

Fundraising and other preparation events happen in the years prior to the Gathering. We are currently preparing for 2025.

Confirmation
Confirmation Ministry is held on Wednesday evenings at St. Paul's is for students in grades 6-8, confirm. We study the Lutheran Confessions, Luther's Small Catechism and are incorporating a new publication called Lutheranism 101. Confirmation is instructed by Pastor Andrew Ratcliffe and DCE Christopher Brown, along with a team of small group leaders.

Sunday School
We invite all children ages 3 years old to 5th Grade for Sunday School. Also we encourage our 7-8th Grade students and our High School students to join us in the basement Youth Room for Sunday School class. Sunday School begins at 10:30AM following worship and at 11AM the children go to the sanctuary for a closing time. Sunday School concludes at 11:15AM.
J.A.M.
Jesus And Me (JAM) Club and Sr. JAM is our Children's Ministry Program for kids in grades 1-6 which meets on Wednesdays. JAM Club begins right after school and concludes at 5:00PM on alternating weeks for grades 1-3 and grades 4-6. JAM Club typically meets Sept, Oct and Jan-April.

JAM Club attendees do not have to be St. Paul's members. We welcome all students!

Vacation Bible School
St. Paul's hosts a week of Vacation Bible School (VBS) event in summer each year. All children are welcome for this fun-filled evening event learning about and sharing the love of God.
